Development Update
Consort House

We are delighted to be reaching the final stages of our Consort House development. With all carpets down and the main communal stairway in the final stage of decoration, project completion will soon be underway.

As with all our projects, we are due to carry out a final cleaning as well as compliance testing to ensure that the development is sparkling and ready for incoming residents. As our track record shows, we always complete our projects and this one is certainly no different, with completion now imminent.

The property is conveniently located for access to the whole of the town’s Civic Quarter, but also for open parkland with the Regent Square and Town Fields just a short walk away.

It’s a vibrant, up-and-coming neighbourhood with lots going on. Nearby are inviting restaurants, the Waterdale Shopping Centre, a performing arts theatre and Doncaster Museum & Art Gallery. And for those who enjoy a challenge, the Enigma Live Escape’ Rooms are literally just around the corner.

70Luxury One BedApartments

Doncaster is proving to be an increasingly popular town in which to live. It’s part of a thriving city region, where business growth and job creation are going hand-in-hand, and where more big-name employers are now choosing to invest.

Large corporations such as Amazon and Lidl have set up major distribution centres here, and it was recently chosen for the site of the £500 Million iPort rail freight interchange.

Economically, all the signs point to steadily rising standards of living, and this is coinciding with Doncaster’s own ambitious plans for urban regeneration. In all, around £300 million are being spent on local improvements – an investment that must inevitably have a positive long-term effect on local property values and residents’ quality of life.

Waterdale is currently witnessing big investments in urban regeneration, with schemes such as the council-backed cinema, new library and museum currently in development. Meanwhile Waterdale Shopping Centre has recently seen a £3 million revamp in the form of a new retail and leisure project.

For prospective new residents, this is all excellent news. Waterdale is undoubtedly one of the most exciting and fast-regenerating areas of Doncaster. With millions pouring into the neighbourhood, the coming years should see a continuing local transformation, and Consort House will stand at the very heart of it.

Many residents might easily be able to make the daily commute on foot. For those that wish to travel further afield, transport links are excellent.

Several bus stops stand very close to the property and Doncaster Railway Station stands than 1km from Consort House; connecting passengers to regional towns and cities as well as other major destinations such as Edinburgh, Manchester and London.

Consort House is just 500m from the A638, which links to major arterial routes such as the A18 and A19. The motorway network is also in easy reach; 4km to the west is junction 36 of the A1(M), while a similar distance to the south is junction 3 of the M18.

For property buyers, Doncaster offers a rare combination of attractions: impressive town-centre improvements, a thriving economy and easy transport connections to some of the region’s biggest employment zones.
